Our Mission

Provide affordable, winter recreational activities that facilitate skill development, a healthy lifestyle, and improve life experiences for present and future generations of residents throughout East Central Wisconsin.

Revitalizing Nutt Hill

Cheese Capital Park, a nonprofit formed by Plymouth community members, is working to restore Nutt Hill into a vibrant winter destination. The vision includes major upgrades to support tubing, skiing and snowboarding. The nonprofit plans to lease the land from the City of Plymouth, with operations running November through March, weather permitting. The park is anticipated to reopen in winter 2025, creating space for affordable outdoor fun and skill development for generations to come.
